I believe in creating customized workshops that cater to the specific needs of my audience. I am particularly interested in presenting topics related to young adult development and athlete mental health. My workshops aim to educate and inspire individuals on various issues, such as cognitive performance, self-care, and leading through personal values.

This workshop is designed to help students navigate the move to college. It addresses fears, concerns, social aspects, personal growth, and self-care. This workshop aims to simplify the transition and equip students with the skills and tools to succeed.
Self Care Practices
The workshop's goal is to raise awareness about the significance of self-care, provide participants with a chance to evaluate their current self-care practices, learn how to recognize signs of burnout and offer practical tools and techniques for creating a personalized self-care plan.
Athlete Mental Health
Today's student-athletes face mounting stress from academic and athletic pressures, impacting their mental well-being. This workshop helps participants identify and address athlete mental health concerns with empathy and emphasizes the importance of discussing students' well-being.
Elite Athletes
This workshop teaches student-athletes to excel in their sport by focusing on personal improvement through mental performance skills and teamwork through constructive feedback.
